2006-2008 San Joaquin Energy Watch Partnership
Pacific Gas & Electric has partnered with Intergy, San Joaquin County, and the cities of Manteca, Tracy, and Lathrop to provide a targeted energy efficiency campaign in South San Joaquin County. With the San Joaquin Energy Watch partnership, PG&E has expanded outreach and energy efficiency funding for the businesses, residents, and city facilities of San Joaquin County.
The Energy Watch Partnership has kicked off activities with $3.5 million in funding through 2008, with a goal of reducing energy use in the region by over 16 million kilowatt hours annually. Work has commenced with direct equipment installs for small to medium businesses and energy assessments and projects for municipal and non-profit facilities.
