Intergy's management team includes executives from major utilities, IT companies, and the higher education arena. Other members include highly skilled energy engineers, environmental specialists, expert programmers, and dedicated support staff. We are committed to client satisfaction, regulatory compliance and resource sustainability.

Intergy's key personnel include:

Jay has been working successfully in the energy efficiency arena for over 15 years. His experience includes managing several energy efficiency programs, including the Express Efficiency Program, for California's largest utility. He has also authored various articles on energy efficiency over the last 15 years. Jay has extensive experience and expertise in the regulatory, data analysis, forecasting, and testimony development arenas. He has also successfully created several partnerships to achieve funding and implement various energy efficiency projects for our clients. Some examples include the Stockton Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Program, San Joaquin Energy IQ Program and the Pomona Energy Efficiency Program. Jay has an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from PEC, MBA from San Jose State University, and a certificate in project management and financial analysis from UC Berkeley.

Grant was one of the first to join Intergy, helping the company grow with his skills in business development, proposal writing, and program management. He has extensive experience in communications, management and business development, with a specialty in educational marketing. Broadening the company’s efforts in sustainability, Grant now leads this effort, particularly in the education field. A former administrator for a California Community College, he has a master's of journalism from UCLA and a bachelor of arts in political science from UC Berkeley.

Intergy is Ashish's third successful company, with the last two in software development. He manages overall operations as well as IT for Intergy. He has 15 years experience in the energy, environmental and technology industries, which has included roles in energy efficiency, software, environmental studies, and general management. He has been managing the delivery of IT applications for the CPUC and SCE, including the Energy Efficiency Groupware Application (EEGA) and PEPMA, a proposal evaluation and management tool. He manages the 2004-2005 San Joaquin County and the City of Pomona third-party energy efficiency programs, and the SCE IDEEA LACCD-SBCCD Community College program. He has past experience in geographic information systems, as well asconducting environmental analysis and reporting to the Department of Defense and the Environmental Protection Agency. He has an undergraduate degree in chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a master's in environmental engineering from Clemson University.

A skilled mechanical engineer, Rich has over five years analysis and design experience in the energy industry, delivering lighting and other products to production. A licensed professional engineer, Rich is the project manager for IDEEA, the City of Pomona and the San Joaquin IQ energy efficiency programs. He has a strong design background and broad knowledge of manufacturing processes as well as project management, project data organization and analysis, decision and risk analysis, electrical analysis and problem solving. As a former project engineer for Hubbell, he designed energy efficient lighting products using sources such as compact fluorescent and high intensity discharging lamps. His mechanical engineering degree is from UC Davis.

Jack has over 35 years experience as an engineer, including 20 years in the energy field. Rosenthal is a California professional electrical engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional. He has extensive experience as a project manager, working in energy and electrical engineering. His background includes identifying energy efficiency improvements, HVAC analysis, automation improvement, cogeneration, energy forecasting, and air-quality issues. Rosenthal has a master's in business administration from DePaul University, and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology.

Brad has extensive experience as an engineer and IT manager, including four years with Sunray Energy and six years with the U.S. Navy. Brad has experience in nuclear and solar-thermal power generation as well as plant operations, information technology and environmental compliance. His education includes mechanical engineering, information technology and business management.

With over 20 years of experience as an engineer, and 15 years in the energy industry, Adam brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to his work. He has worked extensively with control systems for generators, as a sales and applications engineer in the power generation industry, and managing projects for military programs. He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland and a M.S. in mechanical engineering from Villanova University.

An experienced and skilled software programmer, Eddie helped develop EEGA and other online applications for proposal evaluation and project tracking using Java Server Pages, the Struts framework, and Microsolft SQL Server. With over 25 years experience as a software programmer and engineer, Eddie has developed a variety of software for Bay Area companies, including the DirectX-based audio processing product, FilterNet. He was a lead engineer for Fireclick and designed a work order processing system for Digital Generation Systems. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley' s computer science department.

Wayne is the project lead for EEGA, Intergy's online workflow and data reporting application which the CPUC uses to track and consolidate data from over 200 energy efficiency projects. He specializes in the architecture and design of complex web-based and desktop application projects. He also has solid experience as a project manager, managing a range of projects and developing tools to keep projects on track. He has a master's in geochemistry (with a minor in computer science) from the University of Arizona and a bachelor's in geology (minor in business and economics) from the University of Maryland.

Srini comes to the energy efficiency industry after several years as a senior IT developer. Formerly, he was the leading software developer for Tele Management Technologies and has extensive experience in designing web applications for a variety of popular platforms. Both his bachelor and master degrees are from India's Nagarjuna University.

Christopher has extensive experience developing and managing web portals and applications using a variety of frameworks. These include the DotNetNuke framework, multi-tier ASP .NET web applications using OOP C# .NET, SQL Server, ADO.NET, XML, Web Controls, Web Services, .NET Best Practices, StyleSheets, Visual Source Safe, Enterprise Manager, DTS. He is currently working on the PEPMA, EEGA, and SMART programs for Intergy. He.received his bachelor's in electrical engineering from the University of New Mexico and has taken extensive course work in programming.

Ferrell has seven years experience as an environmental, health, and safety professional with 20 years overall experience specific to the manufacturing industry. He has been successful in managing and implementing plans, programs, and policies, and has extensive experience in project management, regulatory agency interaction, employee development and training, and procedure implementation. He has a bachelor's degree in automated manufacturing from ITT Technical Institute.

Rick has over 25 years in customer service as a major account executive, primarily with Southern California Edison. For SCE, he successfully implemented conservation and load management programs for top commercial accounts. He also designed and implemented educational programs for administrators, educators and students within SCE's territory. He also worked on a variety of other educationally-oriented projects including serving as the national director of the Youth Education Motivation Program.

Lorraine has an extensive experience in working in both education and energy efficiency. For 17 years, she was an educational service specialist for Southern California Edison, where she designed and implemented a variety of programs including a mobile hands-on approach to teaching physical science. For the last three years, she has been a senior program manager for the Green Schools program in Southern California. For Green Schools, she facilitated planning and implementation of energy/conservation programs in elementary, middle and high schools in the Southern California basin. Her background also includes facilitating environmental and water educational programs.

Steve Beck has an extensive background in physics with seven years of experience in the energy industry. He has helped design energy-saving equipment and performed large numbers of commercial investment-grade audits. He has continued this work with Intergy, assisting in high-level energy and water efficiency audits, and researching energy and water efficient technologies. He received a B.S. in applied physics from Sonoma State University, and a M.S. in physics from San Francisco State University.

  Anuj, our senior graphic designer, has over 15 years of experience. He is accomplished in all phases of design, including web, video, and print. Anuj has worked on a wide variety of projects in the energy and energy efficiency industries.

Hector is an Electrical Engineer with over seven years of experience in the energy field. He also has extensive experience working for non-profit and government agencies in the health care and educational fields coordinating outreach and informational campaigns. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from CSU, Los Angeles.

Kelly has over seven years of experience in sales management of both local and national campaigns. She has extensive experience working with a variety of customers in the lighting industry. She worked with the City of Oakland Public Works Department to help them complete a lighting retrofit.

Nicole has over five years experience in contract and administrative support with a large technical company. She has had interaction with clients of all different customer service levels. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from CSU, Northridge.

A former manager for a healthcare consultancy company, Ben has shifted his management expertise to the exciting energy efficiency field. He has several years of experience in developing and managing projects and programs and is quickly adapting to the new industry. Ben has an MBA from CSU East Bay.

With a background in communications and program management for the Southern California Gas Company, Mabell has a clear understanding of the energy efficiency industry in Southern California. Her experience in marketing and public relations spans across some of California's leading industries and companies; from La Opinión, the nation's largest Spanish-language daily newspaper to Sempra Energy, a Fortune 500 energy services holding company to Ticketmaster, the world's leading ticketing services company.

With considerable experience working in fast-paced environments, Rhonda is perfectly suited to handle the demands of a rapidly-growing company. With a background as an office manager and executive administrative assistant, Rhonda is detail-oriented, resourceful, and adept at multi-tasking. Rhonda's educational background is in human resource management from Villanova University.

Besides lending support to Intergy’s numerous Southern California projects, Michelle is completing her MBA at Azuza Pacific University. She has extensive experience in business and project administration and applying those skills to the many facets of the energy efficiency industry.

Roger is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in energy efficiency, commissioning, facility analysis and evaluations. He has over 20 years experience in the high-tech field with companies like Sprint, Intel and Compaq in facility/ energy field, data centers, high-tech manufacturing and office buildings. He has an MBA from San Jose State University and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

Colleen has a background in customer service, business development and project management in the agricultural and construction industries. She has a bachelor of science in agricultural business from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and focused her course work on sustainability.

Connie is an accomplished Geophysicist with over 20 years experience with Chevron in International Energy Exploration projects. She has been successful in project management, subsurface characterization, data analysis, and evaluations. Her background also includes volunteering her time in local schools promoting Earth Science to young students and judging Science Fair competitions. She holds a bachelor of science in Geology from University of Louisiana Monroe.

Michael comes to us with several years of project leadership experience for a strategic procurement services provider. He also worked on several entrepreneurial endeavors, including a renewable energy investment company. Michael has a bachelor of science in environmental engineering from Swarthmore College.

Deanna has over 25 years of experience in energy management, human resources, and event planning. A former PG&E major account manager and energy consultant, Deanna has worked extensively with Bay Area hotels, commercial buildings and cities. She was a top performer for energy efficiency and load management programs during her twenty-year tenure with PG&E. In 2004, she received a Congressional Award as the Top Volunteer of the Year for the Belmont Chamber of Commerce.

Rose is the administrative assistant in Intergy’s Monrovia office. Rosie has extensive experience in customer service and administrative support. Previously, she spent eight years as customer service manager for a flower seed producer and more recently as administrative assistant for a manufacturing company.

Michelle is the senior program analyst in the Monrovia office. She comes from Carlen Enterprises were she was a systems analyst, working with systems and processes to make the company more efficient and effective. Before that she was a project manager for Prismadesign and worked for Disney Home Video.
