Web sites are a highly effective means of communicating energy efficiency information to customers. Intergy prides itself in the quality of its web designs, the taxonomy and ease of use of our web sites, the ease with which customers can find the information they need. Intergy develops web site content and has a highly skilled team of programmers, graphic designers, and Internet developers who are experienced at creating and maintaining an effective, state-of-the-art web site tailored to your corporate or program needs.
For example, we developed the Stockton Energy Efficiency web site (www.stocktongov.com/energysaving). This site was designed to provide a one-stop information site for energy efficiency for the City of Stockton, including information for residential and business customers with links to incentive programs and vendors purchasing guides, and technical articles.

PROGRAM DESIGN
Intergy has strong experience managing programs oriented toward overall "energy" savings, peak kW reductions, and market transformation initiatives. Intergy provides everything from the initial designs to evaluating the program results and improve future program designs.
We help develop programs that promote the utilization of energy-efficient technologies. Such programs include design and project management services, operations and maintenance energy savings programs, web-based technical information sites to educate customers, and web-based directories of suppliers of energy-efficient products and services.
We were selected by the California PUC to market to local consumers and implement the Stockton Area Comprehensive Local Program for the 2002-2003 local programs. As part of that work, we reviewed all 1998 California utility energy efficiency programs and state-of-the-art programs from the rest of the country. We also developed additional program concepts and portfolio recommendations.

BENCHMARK ANALYSIS
Benchmark Analysis is one of the more creative and popular services offered by Intergy. This service allows clients to benchmark their facility energy and demand usage with other similar facilities - either in their own company or similar environments. Intergy can perform complete benchmark analysis for similar facilities in an industry or the same company. This analysis includes a complete detailed report summarizing the energy and demand usage for each facility. This information can be used for encouraging and prioritizing energy efficiency projects. For example, benchmark analysis could give a Facility Manager a snapshot of which facilities are most energy efficient - this information can subsequently be utilized for prioritizing projects within the same company. Benchmark Analysis tends to be especially useful for medium to larger size companies (with multiple buildings), City and State Governments, and Schools/Colleges/Universities.

PARTNERING WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTS & INDEPENDENT PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
Intergy has experience providing energy efficiency technical and planning support to local governments. Prior to working at Intergy, our management has a combined 20 years of experience working with utilities and the government sector. Current and former projects range from helping a city develop integrated energy efficiency strategies to co-authoring million-dollar grant proposals.
Intergy has recently developed, administered and implemented energy efficiency programs through third party solicitations. These programs have captured specific energy efficiency market opportunities.
Intergy has successfully worked with the City of Stockton for the last 1-1/2 years. Intergy initiated and formed a partnership with the City of Stockton to fund a Local Third Party Program through the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). The ~$ 1 million program involves development of an outreach component for promoting energy efficiency awareness, as well as an implementation component for energy savings measures for small businesses. The outreach component involved a direct mail component to local residents and businesses including non-English speaking residents, an email marketing campaign, and an energy efficiency focused website. A database application was also developed to handle customer orders, their status and versions, as well as reporting on the successful implementations.
Intergy helped to form and create a mutually beneficial relationship with the City of Stockton. Intergy, with the help of City officials, worked with City business groups and organizations to nurture this program, disseminate information to these small businesses and other entities, and enable them to leverage this program for the benefit of small business enterprises. The expected date for completion of this program is March 2004.
