 Energy Efficiency Retrofits for City and County Facilities and Non-Profit Facilities

Intergy will be responsible for oversight of the installation of energy efficient equipment at city, county, and non-profit facilities. These energy efficiency measures shall reduce energy usage by 6,582,470 kilowatt hours, and a total of 1,348 gross kilowatts of demand reduction.
This element consists of installing Energy Efficient Measures in existing city, county, municipal, and non-profit facilities to achieve energy savings. Intergy, with input from PG&E, shall identify proposed retrofit projects at their respective sites and provide supporting documentation regarding feasibility, schedule, costs and projected energy savings. All proposed projects will be reviewed by PG&E, who will decide whether or not to approve the proposed retrofit project applications with regard to overall project feasibility, schedule, costs, and projected energy savings.
