Energy Efficiency Assessments for City and County Facilities

The Municipal and Non-Profit energy efficiency retrofit component will be managed by PG&E and implemented by Intergy Corporation.
Intergy, with input from PG&E, will identify at least 25 public facilities within the targeted area suitable for Energy Efficiency Assessments under existing PG&E Assessment programs. PG&E will provide its small, medium and large business Assessment programs to the identified facilities.
Activities include:
- Collecting facility energy related data from visual, measured, and reported sources.
- Benchmarking.
- Analyzing data.
- Identifying energy saving equipment direct retrofits.
- Identifying energy saving building envelope upgrades.
- Identifying energy saving automated control opportunities.
- Identifying equipment interactions that negatively effect energy consumption.
- Quantify the energy savings and financial payback of identified measures.
- Generating a facility report both summarizing and detailing current facility energy consumption and potential energy efficiency upgrades. Report will list specific recommendations based on energy savings and financial parameters.
