Currently, Intergy has openings for Engineer and Project Manager positions.
Candidates should be flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic, small-company environment. They should have an interest in the fast-growing energy efficiency industry. Though not required, experience working in the energy field, or for a utility is preferred.
A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or construction management is required.
These positions will coordinate energy efficiency and other energy/demand reduction service deliveries to small and large businesses, cities, counties and school districts in California.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Managing and/or implementing energy efficiency retrofit projects,
- Calculating various energy efficiency measures or savings,
- Conducting energy audits with small businesses and other facilities,
- Completing audit reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word,
- Tabulating and inputting audit findings in spreadsheets,
- Project monitoring, reporting and follow-up; and
- General assistance as needed.
Training will be provided.
Candidates should have good verbal and communications skills, and demonstrate initiative, problem solving, and follow-up abilities.
Both positions will be key members of the Intergy energy efficiency team and will assist with a variety of different energy efficiency projects.
